What a great compressor. It is very quiet for an air compressor. It's rated at 55 db, and I believe it. It's quiet enough for me to use it indoors to provide pressure to my Magma Star bullet luber/sizer. I ran it for over 15 minutes as per the manual for a break-in period, and it never got so hot as to be uncomfortable. Of the two pressures indicators, the left dial shows the tank pressure, while the right dial shows the output pressure. The black knob in the center is used to adjust the output pressure. Fit and finish of my unit is excellent. I was very happy for about 3 months before it started leaking. I continued to use it for another month until because it was just a slow seep really. It continued to get worse so I finally got a replacement head unit for customer service at no charge. I will say it was pretty simple dealing with them also.
