bought to run airbrush,inflate tires and compressed air cleaning,which it does well.very pleased to learn that it will also run very useful brad nailer/stapler which i will buy later.prompt delivery even though from calif and price was right.have had ch heavy duty truck tire inflator for 15 years and it has been excellent,so no question what brand of compressor i would buy.

My 11 gallon Campbell Hausfeld broke, needed a new piston, Talk about LOUD. But it's a much bigger air compressor. I had to buy something so I can keep working. I decided to try this smaller 2 gallon one. It's about 4 times as quiet. It's got 4 rubber button feet, probably why it's so quiet. Got up 100 psi with no problems. It's great there's this compartment at the carry handle and with some useful attachments. I feel I got a great deal. (actually I could have gotten a better deal, if I didn't see Amazon had the same unit for $10 bucks cheaper). I used a framing nailer, a brad nailer, sprayed some paint, finished off floor and ceiling molding, did much needed air hose cleaning, filled a soccer ball, basket ball and a football. Great small air compressor. And it weights next to nothing. So I'm going to buy another one to always have it in my truck.

After not really knowing what I was looking for and reading a bunch of reviews for other compressors iwent with this unit based on the reviews and the price. It is a small lightweight compressor that is easy to move around. It's great for small jobs like filling a tire or small amounts of air moving (blowing stuff off and the like). It has mostly kept up upon filling car tires and did great with my small scooter tires. My only complaints are the port to screw in the air hose is in a spot that is hard to access so it's not easy to screw in and the tank and motor/pump is a bit small, but that's the price I paid for being ignorant in the ways of compressing air, I was also unwilling to spend much more money so all in all it worked out.
If you need to move lots of air this may not be the compressor for you, but if you just have some small jobs around the house this seems to be a good cheap option.
